“Naked Harbor/Vuosaari” is a picture about how we want to be seen and touched. Set in Vuosaari, a suburb of Helsinki, the film is about a welfare state in the age of individuality and reality TV. Two weeks of modern suburban life demonstrate people's thirst for life and love. The fates of people in the film are sometimes absurd, but they are touching, full of warmth and humor, and sometimes impenetrable darkness.

The Naked Bay, directed by Aku Louhimies, one of the brightest representatives of the Finnish cinema of the last decade, is an intricate interweaving of several stories. Both paintings are stories of the Arctic soul. Naked Bay is full of energy and emotional charge. It is realistic and poetic, entertaining and entertaining at the same time.

The film was shot entirely with two cameras. Thus, everything related to acting is covered, along with non-acting moments that usually remain behind the scenes. It's more like John Cassavetes than Dogma.
