Faculty of photography

The first faculty of photography in Russia. Master classes of famous photographers are held here weekly. Students hone their photography skills by working in two fully equipped studios and an analog photo lab. Computer classes have been formed for image processing, including an audience of Mac computers. Among the official partners of the faculty are Nikon, Fuji, Panasonic, etc.

Every semester, a portfolio review is held at the Faculty of Photography. Students show their work to professionals, receive an objective assessment of their work and recommendations for improving their skills.

The curricula of the Faculty of Photography are compiled taking into account the trends in the photography industry, the requests of employers, and are focused on the formation of practical skills in students.

IGUMO cooperates with the Union of Photographers of Russia. The faculty holds meetings with photographers who invite students to participate in competitions and festivals.
