Club Atmosphere
The club covers an area of about 3500 square meters. The gym includes a cardio zone, a strength training zone, a free weights zone and an area for functional training and stretching.
The swimming pool is 25 meters long and is divided into 3 swimming lanes. High arches of panoramic windows fill the space with light, landscapes outside the window and sun glare on the water create a feeling of airiness, as if you were outside.
We conduct water aerobics and classes for expectant mothers.
Group classes are held in two spacious rooms. You are sure to find the type of training that suits you among more than thirty programs for all ages: aerobic and dance lessons, functional and strength training, Les Mills programs, yoga, Pilates, zumba and many other interesting options are waiting for you!
For the youngest visitors, the club has specially equipped children's play areas, decorated with cute drawings on the walls and crafts of our young athletes. The fitness club staff tries to create a feeling of love and care so that children feel as comfortable as possible. The choice of programs for children from 3 to 15 years old is very extensive: developing lessons, general physical training classes, school preparation groups, martial arts sections, swimming lessons. A children's camp is open during the holidays, and a fitness garden is open throughout the year.
The atmosphere would not be the same without our coaches. All of them are not just professionals in their field, with vast experience and able to find an approach to each visitor, but also true fans of their work, sincerely in love with fitness. It is among the visitors of this club that most of the participants (and winners!) of competitions held in DON-Sport.
The club building is built in such a way that space is felt everywhere, there is no place for fuss. Someone is engaged in fitness, someone is reading a book in anticipation of a child from the section; after a workout, you can always look into a cozy fitness bar and chat with friends.
People of all genders and ages are engaged here, families come, bring their children, and then their grandchildren. We have grown up generations! And all this is the unique atmosphere of DON-Sport.
Gym
A spacious gym with high ceilings, equipped with a modern air-conditioning system, is divided into a cardio zone, zones for weight machines and free weights, and a zone for functional training.
Aquazone
The aquazone of the club is truly unique. Panoramic glazing creates an extraordinary atmosphere and allows you to admire the colorful landscapes at any time of the year.In combination with infrastructure and design, the location is extremely popular among the club members and in demand for video seams among the film industry workers.
