The Omsk Incident community published a complaint from Omsk residents about the 430th route. The author of the post said that transport runs without any specific schedule.

“He walks ugly, there is no schedule. Standing at a bus stop for 30 minutes is a common thing for residents of Omskaya Street! If in the summer, then it is tolerable, but in the winter?

Omsk also added that now it is difficult for residents of the Central District to get to the Left Bank due to the canceled 410th minibus. According to the author of the post, you can get to the Left Bank only with transfers.

“Not only was the 410th route removed and the residents of our microdistrict now cannot get to the Left Bank without a transfer, but also an unscrupulous carrier on the 430th route.”

The Department of Transport commented on this situation and asked Omsk residents to indicate at which stop the residents encountered such a problem, and also noted that it is not planned to make changes to the approved traffic pattern of route No. 410.

The department added that all comments must be reported directly to carriers.

“We note that information about comments on the operation of passenger transport can be reported directly to carriers, information about which, indicating the address and telephone numbers, must be placed inside the vehicle used for regular passenger transportation, or to the Department of Transport by calling 78–79–72 in order to prompt communication of information to the owners of vehicles carrying passengers on the basis of contracts and the adoption of appropriate measures.
