Thus, the car has become the second in the 4 series, after the new version of the BMW M4 Sport was introduced in October this year.

The convertible received a similar 3.2-liter engine with a capacity of 430 horsepower with installed turbochargers. The motor is paired with a robotic transmission with seven steps, which allows you to accelerate the car to hundreds in 4.4 seconds. At the same time, a 6-speed manual is also offered in a different configuration, the acceleration rate with which is slightly better.

Among the new products, it is also worth noting a rear self-locking differential with three possible modes of operation, a new convertible top system capable of operating at speeds up to 30 km / h, as well as a new type of adaptive suspension and a lane control system. At the same time, the weight of the BMW M4 was 1,500 kilograms, which is 120 kilograms less than the previous version.

Officially, the coupe-cabriolet will be shown at the upcoming summer motor show in American New York.
